• Your services are online. VPS, Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting (Webhosting), Investigative Tools platforms and Network uplink services will continue to operate as usual

• Customers will briefly not be able to access tickets, invoices, make payments or sign up to new services.

• The CPanel AutoLogin function for DNS Management and Shared hosting will not be available. Please use the username and password to access your service directly.

• The VPS Control Panel functions will not be accessible, for example: "start", "stop", "noVNC", "re-install" and statistics.
  • If you have a VPS configured with pre-boot encryption, during this time-frame it will not be possible to insert the password via noVNC.

• The iLO/iDRAC/IPMI interfaces of dedicated servers will not be reachable via the server console view (only some VPN console access will work)

• Payments made before the maintenance window will not be affected.
